Since Christian Trauma Healing Network (CTHN) offers non-tangible products, we do not issue refunds on our downloadables (eBooks, Content Pieces, and other downloadables) once the product is downloaded.
Live Webinars and Webinar Recordings
Live webinars are eligible for a refund within 72 hours prior to the event. After the event participants will gain access to a recording of the live event, which can be accessed within about 72 hours of the live event. Purchases of webinar recordings are not eligible for a refund. Please note that Continuing Education credits are only provided for full attendance of the live webinar and are not eligible if accessing the recording only.
Online Courses
Cancellations and refunds for online courses are honored within 7 days of purchase if the participant has not accessed the product. Cancellations and refunds will not be honored beyond the 7 days allotment, whether or not the participant has accessed the course material. If the participant seeks to cancel after the 7 day allotment, s/he may request that his/her payment be applied to a future course or certification program. The decision to apply payment to a future course or certification program is at the discretion of the CTHN staff.
Continuing Education credits will only be given to participants who have completed the online course.
CCTCP Level 1 and Level 2 Certifications
Cancellations and refunds for the Certification Program (CCTCP Level 1 or 2) are honored 72 hours prior to the certification program start date. Cancellations and refunds will not be honored beyond the 72 hour allotment, whether or not the participant has accessed the course material. If the participant seeks to cancel after the 72 hour allotment, s/he may request that his/her payment be applied to a future course or certification program. The decision to apply payment to a future course or certification program is at the discretion of the CTHN staff.
Continuing Education credits will only be given to anyone who has completed the Certification Program.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to support@cthn.org with the order number and reason for the request. Please ensure that the email request is sent within the allotted refund window. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, within 7-10 business days.
Limitations
Refunds will only be issued to the original method of payment used when placing your order. Refunds do not include credit card processing fees.
